Submit a doctoral research project to ED GRNE (for supervisors)

As part of ED GRNE's annual call for doctoral research projects or as part of an ongoing recruitment procedure, you must declare your thesis topic or doctoral research project in the ADUM platform.

To do so, log on to ADUM or ask Laurence Pastor to create a login for you on the platform.

In the “Thesis proposals” tab, you can “add a doctoral project proposal”.

The various fields are to be completed; the mandatory fields are those extracted by ADUM for subject advertising.

For a thesis subject submitted as part of the ED's annual doctoral contract campaign, in the “Doctoral project funding” box, drop-down menu “Type of funding”, choose “Doctoral contract competition”.

ATTENTION: In the CANDIDATURE section, specify “Online subject application”: NO, or you will be inundated with unsolicited applications. The contact details of the supervisor submitting the application will be used as a contact for potential candidates. The responsibility for the pre-selection of candidates lies with the relevant parties. Following this, the contact details of the individual who will be auditioning for the competition must be communicated to the ED. The ED will then provide the candidate a link to apply via ADUM.
