Procedure and conditions for awarding doctoral contracts
The modalities of the hearings (videoconference or face-to-face) will be specified at a later date. They will take place on June 3 and 4, 2025.

The entire procedure for awarding doctoral contracts is now paperless in the ADUM management tool.
Once the subject leader has given his or her opinion, the complete application must be submitted to ADUM via the link sent by the subject leader.
Step 1:
Candidates must contact the director(s) of the thesis proposal or the specified contact. The director will then hold auditions and select the most suitable candidate for the project.
Step 2:
Based on the recommendation of the project leaders, the successful candidate will be able to register his/her application in ADUM.
Content of the application:
-a CV
-a cover letter
-Master 2 transcript (or equivalent)
-summary of Master 2 report (or equivalent)
-letter of recommendation from the Master 2 course supervisor (or equivalent)
-letter of support from the thesis supervisor
-a resume (CV)
-a motivation letter
-a transcript of their Master's degree marks
-an abstract of the M2 dissertation
-a letter of appreciation from the Master's degree research project mentor
-a support letter from the PhD proposal advisor
