Procedure and conditions for awarding doctoral contracts

UMR METIS 7619 has been awarded two doctoral fellowships :
The entire procedure for awarding doctoral contracts is now paperless in the ADUM management tool.
Once the subject leader has given his or her opinion, the complete application must be submitted to ADUM via the link sent by the subject leader.
Step 1:
Candidates must contact the director(s) of the thesis proposal or the specified contact. The director will then hold auditions and select the most suitable candidate for the project.
Step 2:
Based on the recommendation of the project leaders, the successful candidate will be able to register his/her application in ADUM.
Content of the application:
- a resume
- a cover letter
- transcripts from the first and second years of the Master’s program (or equivalent), including class rank (for both)
- a summary of the Master’s thesis (or equivalent), no more than 3 pages
- a letter of recommendation from the Master’s thesis advisor (or equivalent)
- a letter of support from the thesis supervisor
