The start of Doctoral year meeting will take place on November 16, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The location will be announced later.

First-year doctoral students are required to attend.

Second- and third-year students are also welcome, especially for the presentation of the defense schedule.

Advisors are invited to discuss updates and changes to the doctoral contract.

The full program for the morning will be sent to you in early November.
